Important

For Grid Toolkit support, email support@lostlily.org or visit the Lost Lily website. Do not send product-support requests to the general publisher inbox.

Useful official links:

Include these essentials:

  1. Environment: Grid Toolkit version, exact Unity version, operating system, render pipeline, relevant package versions, and Grid Toolkit modules.
  2. Reproduction: short steps plus the expected and actual results.
  3. Evidence: complete compiler or Console errors, stack traces, and the relevant action diagnostic, revision, event batch, authoring report, or renderer status.
  4. A sanitized minimal reproduction using public APIs when the preceding evidence is not enough.

For persistence problems, also include the save-schema version, resolver IDs, unknown-payload policy, and whether failure occurred during create, validate, plan, or apply.

For editor problems, also include the asset type, property path, Undo sequence, and whether a domain reload occurred.

Do not post license keys, order details, proprietary save data, or a private project archive in a public report.

Security and privacy

Remove personal paths, usernames, tokens, order identifiers, private source, and production player data. Keep technical identifiers such as topology, extension, policy, and resolver IDs when they are needed to reproduce the problem.
